Our Therapists are not only trained, but CERTIFIED in many modalities. These are massage techniques that we integrate and apply to help you reach your massage goals.
*Myofascial Release
Myofascial release (MFR) is an alternative medicine therapy that treats skeletal muscle immobility and pain by relaxing contracted muscles, improving blood and lymphatic circulation, and stimulating the stretch reflex in muscles.
*Neuromuscular (trigger point)
Neuromuscular therapy (NMT) is an approach to soft tissue manual therapy in which semi-static pressure is applied to soft tissue to stimulate muscle tissues. Through applied knowledge of trigger points, neuromuscular therapy can help improve poor posture, biomechanical dysfuntion, nerve compression syndrome, and blood supply to the muscles.
*Ashiatsu
In the Japenese language “Ashi” translates to foot and “Atsu” into pressure. Ashiatsu DeepFeet Bar Therapy, is a barefoot massage technique in which the therapist delivers deep, broad, consistent pressure while utilizing their feet and body weight. Working with gravity instead of against it, Ashiatsu therapists are able to provide an effective therapeutic massage without causing pain or discomfort to themselves or the receiving client. We offer three different levels of ashiatsu (Prices vary with this modality)
*Swedish
As the best-known type of bodywork performed today, one of the primary goals of the Swedish massage technique is to relax the entire body. This is accomplished by rubbing the muscles with long gliding strokes in the direction of blood returning to the heart.
*Reflexology
Reflexology is the application of pressure to areas on the feet (or the hands). It is generally relaxing and may help alleviate stress. The theory behind reflexology is that areas of the foot correspond to organs and systems of the body. When these areas are triggered, it is a way to map out specific problem areas of the body.
*Craniosacral
Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a form of bodywork or alternative therapy using gentle touch to palpate the synarthrodial joints of the cranium. A practitioner of cranial-sacral therapy may also apply light touches to a patient's spine and pelvic bones. Practitioners say that this palpation regulates the flow of cerebrospinal fluid and aids in "primary respiration".
*Dry cupping/ Fascial Release cupping
Cupping is a type of alternative therapy that originated in China. It involves placing cups on the skin to create suction. The suction may facilitate healing with blood flow. Cupping increases blood circulation to the area where the cups are placed. This may relieve muscle tension, which can improve overall blood flow and promote cell repair. It may also help form new connective tissues and create new blood vessels in the tissue.
*Sports Massage
Sports massage is a type of therapy geared toward athletes and the particular stresses they place on their bodies. Our therapists are certified in sports massage and kinesiology and use massage and stretching techniques to help athletes avoid and recover from injuries, cool down after exertion, reach specific performance goals and enhance overall performance.
*CBD treatments
Cannabidiol is a popular natural remedy used for many common ailments.
Better known as CBD, it is one of the 104 chemical compounds known as cannabinoids found in the cannabis or marijuana plant, Cannabis sativa.
Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) is the main psychoactive cannabinoid found in cannabis, and causes the sensation of getting “high” that’s often associated with marijuana. However, unlike THC, CBD is NOT psychoactive.
This quality makes CBD an appealing option for those who are looking for relief from pain and other symptoms without the mind-altering effects of marijuana or certain pharmaceutical drugs.

*Kinesio-taping (sports taping)
Kinesio Tape alleviates discomfort and facilitates lymphatic drainage by microscopically lifting the skin. This lifting affect forms convolutions in the skin thus increasing interstitial space and allowing for a decrease in inflammation, reducing pressure while enabling a more effective flow of lymphatic fluid in and out of the target area. Kinesio Taping is currently being used by therapists to change muscle tone, move lymphatic fluids, correct movement patterns, and improve posture.
*Hot Stone & Aromatherapy
Hot stone therapy melts away tension, eases muscle stiffness and increases circulation and metabolism. Stones can help with all body systems when placed on key points of the body throughout a session. Aromatherapy is also an amazing way to amp up your massage! There are so many benefits to essential oils. Ask our team!
*Prenatal Massage
Prenatal massage is therapeutic bodywork that focuses on the special needs of the mother-to-be as their body goes through the dramatic changes of pregnancy. It enhances the function of muscles and joints, improves circulation and general body tone, and relieves mental and physical fatigue. This massage can be performed face down and cradled in a special pregnancy bolster, or side-laying.
*Postnatal Massage
We are here for you all the way through your pregnancy and more! Getting a massage after the birth of your precious baby is very important. Massage can alleviate post-natal depression, fatigue, and of course all of the aches and pains that your body may be feeling after your delivery.
*Geriatric
Geriatric massage therapy is designed to address the specific needs of the elderly population. This type of massage for the elderly uses gentle and light application of massage techniques and can include passive stretching and a light oil or lotion to permit your muscles to be worked on without causing excessive friction to the skin. These techniques can help enhance blood circulation, combat depression, improve balance and flexibility, reduce the pain of arthritis, increase joint mobility, improve posture, and encourage overall well-being.

*Energy Balancing
Energy balancing therapy is a therapeutic modality that is able to precisely register disturbances of the body on an energetic level. When the energy of the body flows without disruption, you are in perfect health. When this energy is out of balance, disease occurs. Imbalances can be physical or emotional. Energy Balancing practices aim to restore this balance. This modality is a great alternative for those who can not necessarily endure the physical touch of massage.
*Couples Massage
This is a wonderfully relaxing, personal experience. During the session, two people receive massages at the same time, from two different therapists. We offer this service in two separate rooms or comfortably in the same room.
